Delivery Update on 15 January 2021
  • EU shipping suspension until 31 January, 2021
  • DPD Services from Great Britain and Channel Islands to mainland Europe are currently suspended until 16th January
Due to the complications around Brexit and shipping to the EU, we wanted to share a brief delivery update we’ve temporarily suspended shipping to the EU whilst we work out a sustainable way to get packages to our European customers.
We always want to provide the best possible customer service and at present, EU customers are being charged with taxes and custom charges. There are also issues with courier and mail handlers. DPD has suspended its service due to the huge backlog of parcels and many other couriers are experiencing significant delays.
Although we've prepared long and hard for Brexit, we’ve realised that all of the sudden changes are creating some issues and we need some extra time to find a sustainable solution. So, until the 31st of January, we will be suspending our shipping to EU.
All EU orders received this week will be dispatched next weekand our team will individually email thosewhose orders may be affected.Whilst we are finding out the best way to work around this, if you have been charged extra fees by your courier, please send us the receipt and we’ll issue a refund.
Due to the ongoing lockdown in the UK, there are often delays with both domestic and international shipping across all courier services. If your order hasn’t arrived, please do give it a few additional days. As always, thank you all for your patience and loyalty whilst we navigate these tricky times.

With COVID-19 becoming increasingly prevalent across the world, we want to assure you that the wellbeing of our customers, partners and our team continues to be our top priority and so we wanted to share some updates.

Shipping

  • We continue delivering to our customers in the UK and internationally and are working hard to make sure that all the operations run smoothly and that we are containing to meet the TONIC15 standard.
    • There may be some potential delays, more so for international deliveries due to Covid restrictions.
    Our Products
    • We are experiencing significant delays with our stock delays, so some products can appear as out of stock for longer than usual. Also, ordered products can get cancelled with a notification depending on the stock delivery situation.
    • All of our products are made and packaged in Korea. We have confirmed with our brands that there is nobody affected in the factories and warehouses
    • Every member of staff at the facilities are going through the temperature check before starting work. Every single member of staff is wearing gloves and masks that are continuously disinfected during working hours.
