* Due to COVID-19, there can be a delay depending on the country, and TONIC15 is not responsible for the delay caused by the couriers.
Policy on wrong addresses
We are not responsible for the lost packages. If the parcel is returned to us because wrong delivery address is entered during the order process or a parcel couldn't be delivered after multiple delivery attempts, there will be a return fee of £2 plus shipping charges for the redelivery. If you want to process a refund on these orders, the return fee of £2 plus a shipping charge will be deducted, and the refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcel.
Returns
Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging and seals in tact.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a refund on all products returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging in an unopened and unused condition.
If you'd like to make a return, please email us at pamper@tonic15.com with the order number and products that you wish to return prior to send them back to us - we will help you arrange your return. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning items, and if the products are sent prior to emailing us, we won't be able to process a refund.
