Best dewy toner

Have tried other toners but always come back to this one. It leaves such a beautiful dewy finish, can't fault it.

Good for eczema prone skin

I suffer from dry, sensitive skin and have eczema but this toner hasn’t made me flare up. It’s everything I look for in a product for sensitive and eczema skin - milky and fragrance free

FANTASTIC PRODUCT!! But terrible customer service from Tonic 15. I have emailed several times regarding my loyalty account but no response. But when I emailed because I couldn’t make the payment because of a glitch on the system I received an instant reply. Clearly just wanted my money.

Rice extract, Methylpropanediol, Triethylhexanoin, Hydrogenated poly (C6-14 olefin), Niacinamide, Pentylene glycol, Common Purslane extract, Rice bran extract, Japanese elm bark extract, Amaranthus caudatus seed extract, Hydrogenated lecithin, Distilled water, Polyglyceryl-10-myristate, Butylene glycol, Adenosine, Cellulose gum, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol

1) Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.
2) After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and wipe off or press onto dry areas.
