A deeply hydrating toner that instantly boosts skin moisture levels, this water-light formulation is powered by Niacinamide, 6-Hyaluronic Complex and Panthenol to protect the skin's barrier and nourish skin from within. refreshing hydrating toner

lovely refreshing toner, full of hydration, even nicer when used with the serum

Obsessed!

I am obsessed with K skincare and when I find a product like this it makes me excited to wash my face morning and night everyday (more if I could!) This is a pump toner but as with all Dr Ceuracle products a very small amount goes a long way! It is a soft smooth texture and feels hydrating on my skin. I have sensitive, redness prone ageing skin and this the re youth ampoule, propolis ampoule and Propolis cream have worked wonders on my once parched, dehydrated skin. My skin feels soothed, plumped, luminous everyday, even my husband of 12 years said ‘Your skin looks really lovely at the moment’ which was a sure sign that all of this luxurious me time has been well spent! If it feels this good during winter months with heating on and extremes of cold weather, it is going to be fantastic during the rest of the year.
