I've used this product 4 times since I received last week. I used to remove a full face of makeup and it took everything off, which was very impressive. However, it left a white residue around my eyes, which I couldn't get off without a cotton pad of makeup remover. I wasn't too happy with that, hence the 4 stars. It also leaves a thin film of oil on your skin, but I'm not mad at it, cause it doesn't feel stripping on the skin and my skin feels just as plump after. I've used on no-makeup days (still double cleansing) and there was no white residue, so maybe it's a reaction to eye makeup? mascara maybe? No clue. The pros are that it doesn't sting my eyes, it doesn't make my eyes blurry like other cleansing oils, it smells so good and is very lightweight.
